Artist Statement:
It takes light to reach earth in 499.0 seconds or 8.3 minutes. A shadow is like a photogram. Interest in observing the third dimension between the camera and the object. Time and space in which light travels to form a shadow. Light through time travels from the sun to the object. These representations are similar to the process of a photogram, but in a digital photograph. Eventually the sun will begin the process of discoloration of an object. Through time the sun and shadow will make an imprint on the object. This is a collaboration of processes between time, space, and sunlight.
